Thank you for your interest in Timberlake Ranch.  When we purchased the Ranch in 1977 it was an operating cattle and horse operation.  The 7,000-acre property was sub-divided into lots with a minimum size of 5 acres.

The development sold out several years ago.  However, we currently represent a few owners who have changed their plans and want to sell their lot.

The entrance to the ranch is through a canyon with towering bluffs.  You soon come to a small rise in the road and there lies the Timberlake Ranch nestled in a beautiful valley surrounded by the Cibola National Forest (342,000 acres of it).
